As I said in my last post I have finished Erasmus but we wanted to have one last adventure before we left so with that we decided to head to a park for the day. The weather was gorgeous and we had been talking about going to this park Parc des Gayeulles since September so we finally got around to it. The park is around a 15 minute bus ride from the centre of Rennes so it’s really easy to get to. It’s also a huge park with a petting zoo, swimming pool, lake, adventure centre and ice-skating rink on all it’s grounds. With this there is also a playground and barbecue area and loads of trails to walk around. The day we went was a scorcher and so perfect for a day spent outside in the fresh air and we found a little place to get an ice-cream as well which was lovely. We spent around 5 hours just wandering around the park and relaxing. It really was a great end to our year and a great way to spend our last day together.
